juno offers one bar that includes lanolin as one of the ingredients. this bar, hand
knit, was made especially with knitters in mind; specifically knitters who work with wool. not all people can
tolerate lanolin; it is known to be an allergen to a small percentage. only hand knit
contains lanolin; all our other soaps are made with only vegetable oils.
lanolin - derived from sheep's wool, lanolin can hold twice its weight in water.
this property is likely what helps wool clothing feel dry, even when wet, and helps keep moisture on your skin. long
a luxury ingredient in soaps and lotions, lanolin is used less often today as some find it sensitizing.
